User's manual

The user's manual was created in order to show you how to use the marinacloud application efficiently and with result orientated goals. Marinacloud helps you run marina business and increase your results by following simple procedures. The user's manual is organized in five groups of services - with each group containing specific modules.  

For the best user experience, we recommend running the Marinacloud application in Mozilla Firefox.

How to use the manual

The manual will help you learn to use the application quickly and effectively, leading you through each application module and explaining its features.

On the left side of your screen is the navigation bar of the manual. You can simply navigate from chapter to chapter, by clicking on the theme you want to read about. Almost all chapters contain links, useful hints, information and warnings that make it easier for you to remember the most important elements of each chapter. Each chapter describes one module of the application or a specific section. 

The images in the manual are in small design form. To see the image in full screen form, you need to click on it. On this site, you can see the page tree of the manual.

1. Customer's section 

This section contains the Customers and Boats modules. Here you will learn all about customers and boats, how to add, edit and assign specific data. You can acess each module navigate from the main menu or use the link below.

2. Resources' section

Here you will learn all about interactive marina map and booking calendar. An explanation of the Dock&berths element can be found in the Administration manual.

3. Sales & Services

In this section you will learn all about the Contracts, Proactive boat care, Pricelist, Quotes and Transit modules. At this point, you will start to connect the terms and concepts of the various modules.  The section is organized in five modules;

4. Billing

This section is all about finances. You will learn how to make an invoice and charge it, collect a payment, learn about recurring and bank payments, exchange rates and cash desk options.

5. Reports

To be able to track and analyze the results of your work and marina utilization, you have to follow the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of your company. You can learn more about reports by clicking on the two modules:
