Once you log into Marinacloud, you should first see something like this:

This is the Marinacloud homescreen.

Navigating to the homescreen: When you wish to return to the homescreen, simply click the marinacloud logo in the top left corner of your screen.

If you look to the top right corner of the screen, you will see two buttons: Arrivals / Departures and Dashboard. These are the two homescreens, designed to present you with the most important information in a short and understandable format. Let's go over each of them, starting with Dashboard.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is presented in the image above. Let's go over each of the various panels seen in this dashboard.

Sales last 30 days - amount of sales for each individual day over the past 30 days

Transit last 30 days - number of total transits over the past 30 days. The green bars represent the arrivals and departures on an individual day, whereas the blue line represents the total number of transits present in a marina on an individual day

Free transit berths today - total number of free berths available for transit, sorted by the berth categories

Transit now - total number of currently active transit orders, colour coded by their status (Draft - Active/Not charged - Active/Charged)

Transit A/D - number of transits arriving and departing today

Active alerts - total number of active alerts in the system. To access the alert screen, please click the yellow exclamation mark in the top right corner of the screen

Contracts - total number of contracts in the marina, expressed over a long period of time

Contracts sea - the number of active contracts on dry berths, expressed as a percentage of the total number of dry berths in the marina

Contracts land - the number of active contracts on dry berths, expressed as a percentage of the total number of dry berths in the marina

Not Charged / Renew / Contracts expire / Billing - these panels represent the total number of contracts present in each of the various statuses

Arrivals / Departures

The arrivals and departures dashboard gives you a quick and neat overview of all planned arrivals and departures. In many ways, it is similar to the flight overview at an airport.

Note that each arrival and departure contain the following information:

- the name of the boat, type and length/width

- type of arrival or departure: here we distinguish several types of arrivals/departures: absences, transit boats and contract boats.

- berth

- status: here we distinguish planned and concluded (arrived/departed) arrivals/departures. Note that once anyone confirms the arrival or departure of a boat, even someone using the Marinacloud mobile application, it will automatically be imported into this dashboard.

At the top of the screen, you can enter the date (or select today or tomorrow) to display the arrivals and departures for that specific day, thus allowing you to better plan and organize your work.
