Organization
When you first open the Administration section of Marinacloud, you will be redirected to the page presented below.
This panel is where you'll set up your company (or companies) using Marinacloud, along with all associated data.
Companies
Name: This is the name of your organization. The name as entered here will appear on the documents you create with Marinacloud and other.
Email: This is the official e-mail address of your company.
Address: The address of your company.
ZIP/City: These two boxes should contain the zip code and name of city where your company is situated.
CountryName: From a preset list, pick the country of your company.
OIB: Please enter here the ID number of your company.
BankAccounts: Enter here the bank accounts associated with your company.
Marina Map Name: This box should always state MarinaMap.svg. Do not change the text unless asked to do so by an official Marina Cloud representative.
External Service Data Owner: Please enter here the external service data owner for the company, if one is available.
Active: Tick the box if you want this company to be active in the Marinacloud application.
Using Marinacloud for multiple companies
If your organization has multiple separate companies within it, you can set these companies using Marinacloud.
In the top right corner, there are 5 buttons: Previous, Next, Add, Save and Cancel. In order to add a new company, click Add and enter all of the above data for the company. When you're done, click Save and you can then switch between the companies by clicking Previous and Next.
Note that you will also have to enter the data discussed below for each company.
Departments
In the Departments section, enter the names of all of the departments in your company that will be issuing documents, for example: Main Reception, Secondary Reception etc.
Simply enter the name of the department, an optional description and click Active.
Note that, when creating or adding users to your Marinacloud environment, you will have to assign them to a specific department (see Users & groups).
Bank accounts
In the Bank accounts section, enter the required data for all bank accounts associated with this company. Note that you don't have to delete a bank account if you are temporarily not using it, simply set its status to Inactive.
Reports
In the Reports section, the currently used header and footer for all documents issued using Marinacloud will be displayed. Note that the header and footer are in image format, and they should generally be in rather high resolution as they will be printed on all of your documents.
Fiscalization
If your company is situated in a country with fiscalization laws (e.g. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro etc.), you should fill in these boxes to make sure the documents issued with Marinacloud are properly fiscalized.
