Reports, group B

The reports in group B are related to the Resources module group in the Marinacloud application, namely the Marina map, Resources and Booking calendar modules.

As such, these reports primarily deal with reservations, berth statuses and the like.

Report B01. Inventory report

Report B01. is a report based on your latest daily dock walk. It provides you with a quick overview of all of your berths, their statuses and, if applicable, all boats present in your marina. If you are not sure what the three-letter abbreviations next to each berth mean, please check the Marina map section.

Note that, should you need this information, the total number of contract and transit boats present in your marina is provided at the end of the report.

Report B02. List of all reservations by status

This reports lists all of the reservations in your system. Each reservation has some key information displayed: reservation number, resource (e.g. which berth is used for this reservation), who created the reservation and when, when the reservation starts or has started, when it ends or has ended and until when it is valid.

The reservations are sorted into several groups:

A - Active: for reservations which are still active and are yet to be completed

C - Cancelled: for reservations which have been cancelled for any reason

E-  Expired: for reservations that have been removed from the system because their due date has passed

F - Finished: for reservations that have been successfully realized at some point in the past

Report B03. Active reservations

Whereas report B02 deals with all reservations, regardless of their status, report B03. deals exclusively with active reservations. This report is useful for anticipating future workloads and obligations towards your customers.

Each reservation has the same information as in report B02., namely reservation number, resource (e.g. which berth is used for this reservation), who created the reservation and when, when the reservation starts or has started, when it ends or has ended and until when it is valid.

Report B04. Reported absence of the vessel

Report B04. is used to monitor all reported absences of your contract boats. Note that, unlike previous reports, in B04. you will have to specify the time period for which you wish to analyze the reported absences.

For more information on reporting absences of contract boats, please see the Contract information section, under Announced absences.

Report B05. List of inventories

Report B05. is a list of all daily dock walks (or inventories) carried out in your marina. Similar to report B04., you will have to speciffy a time period which you wish to analyze.

The report contains the following information: type of inventory (regular, transit or other), which zone was checked (if your marina has more than one zone), how many berths were checked and the time specifics for the dock walk process (when it started, when it ended, and how long did it take in total)

This report is useful for receiving feedback on the success of your dock walks; if there is an issue with the dock walks carried out in your marina, you will be able to find out using this report.

Report B06. Berth utilization

Report B06. requires a few more pieces of information at the start to be generated. You will have to specify which berth you are analyzing and for which time period.

Once you do so, the report will provide you with an overview of how the berth was used, and will display which boat in which status occupied the berth on a specific date. Additionally, as stated at the top of the report itself, this report relies on data generated via the mobile (dock walk) application and if no dock walks are carried out, the report will be empty.

This report is very useful for running an analysis on the utilization of each of your berths, providing you with guidelines on how to better use your berth resources.

Report B07. Planned arrivals

Report B07. is used to monitor and make plans according to your planned arrivals. The report lists all days from the selected time period, and then provides you with a list of all planned arrivals (transits, contracts, returns from absences...) for that day.
